October 4-5 2019 in Krakow Poland we will be celebrating our 10th International Symposium
Knee Arthroplasty: Current Trends - 360o around The Degenerative Knee.
This will be an unique meeting where we will look back and discuss what we have learned and how the knee arthroplasty has changed. Since October, 2001, The Trauma and Musculoskeletal Diseases Foundation, and the Żeromski Hospital’s Department of Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgery, have hosted the International Knee Arthroplasty Symposium. The previous symposiums were approved by PTOiTr (the Polish Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery Society), EFORT and ESSKA.
The meeting will focus on new trends in evolving field degenerative knee, from prevention to complications. Our program will begin with a discussion regarding preventive treatment of osteoarthritis: orthobiology and HTO, followed by sessions dedicated improving the precision of the surgery: UKA, TKA, PSI, robotics. We will also discuss how prevent poor outcomes and complications.
In the past, an average three hundred surgeons form around the world have attended our symposiums, which allowed for great exchange of experience and discussion about knee surgery problems and their solutions. Our faculty members from renowned centers will guarantee high scientific level of the meeting.
